This centre exists as a shared sanctuary for healing, presence, and conscious connection.The following questionnaire and agreement are designed to ensure clarity, safety, mutual respect, and alignment with our professional, ethical, and insurance standards.By completing this document, you help us maintain a space that is kind in tone, strong in boundaries, and high in quality for practitioners and clients alike.

ROOM HIRE AGREEMENT & GUIDELINES

  • By hiring a room at Let It Be Holistic Health Centre, you agree to the following terms, which exist to protect practitioners, clients, and the integrity of the space.

  •    1. Independent Practitioner Status.

  •  You operate as an independent practitioner and are not an employee, partner, or representative of Let It Be Holistic Health Centre.

  •    2. Responsibility & Liability.

  • You accept full responsibility for:

  • your professional practice, your clients, informed consent, and all outcomes arising from your sessions. Let It Be Holistic Health Centre accepts no liability for practitioner conduct or treatment outcomes.

  •    3. Holding Safe & Ethical Space .

  •  While using the centre, you act as guardian of the room. You agree to: create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, uphold appropriate professional boundaries, ensure clients feel supported and respected at all times. Any safeguarding concerns or incidents must be reported promptly.

  •    4. Use of the Space

  • Rooms are to be used only for the agreed purpose.

  • The space must be left clean, calm, and ready for the next practitioner. Any damage or safety concerns must be reported immediately. For insurance and safety reasons, candles, incense, open flames, smoking, alcohol, or substances are not permitted anywhere in the centre.

Room Hire Pricing & Payment

Room hire is offered on a donation basis, paid in advance, supporting the care and sustainability of the centre.

Suggested Donations:


Main Room: £25 per hour

New Yoga Room: £15 per hour

Treatment Room (Large): £15 per hour

Treatment Room (Small): £10 per hour


Bookings include setup and clearing time. Late finishes may incur additional charges.

Donations are non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the booking will be charged at 100% of the agreed room hire donation.

  • Non‑attendance without notice will be charged in full. This policy supports fairness, sustainability, and shared respect for the space.

Respectful Conduct You agree to maintain a calm, professional atmosphere, keeping noise low and phones on silent. You are responsible for ensuring your clients behave respectfully within this shared environment.

Termination of Use Let It Be Holistic Health Centre reserves the right to suspend or end room hire if:

  • insurance becomes invalid,

  • guidelines are breached,

  • or the safety, wellbeing, or integrity of the space is compromised.
